The theme of the Exhibition Garden of Shanghai Cooperation Organization is “harmonious，cooperative and concentric”． The word “harmonious” is taken from harmony， the word “cooperative”is taken from cooperation with the concentric circle as its main form of design． It strives to show the connotation of three levels： completeness， harmony and bond， as well as the bright vision of a win－win future with concerted efforts． An S shaped timeline， along the way， has a large screen of the SCO culture， which symbolizes the historical development process of the SCO． It also implies opportunities brought by the “Belt and Road Initiative”． The C shaped mirror water cover is closely related to the city silhouette； the O shaped sunlight house is also a flower factory． The garden has a high spatial utilization ratio and adequate lighting surface， which is not only ventilated， but also environmental．
